users, we welcome you back. This year, two thousand and twelve, begins my fourteenth year in the real estate business with The Brokerage House as a licensed REALTOR® in the Jackson Area Association of Realtors, the Michigan Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. During this period I have had the pleasure of working with some of the finest sellers and buyers of property in Southern Michigan. We have been involved with the sales and leases of buildings, land, businesses, investments and even residential listings. Ninety-five percent of those transactions involved commercial and industrial property that comprised of more than three-quarters of a million square feet of buildings and nearly 50 acres of land. Once again, we find ourselves in a buyer’s market but it affords an opportunity
to purchase real estate in a depressed market with lower available interest rates. We wish we could predict
the turn around of our current economic situation, but sadly, we cannot. However, this is an advantage
to those wishing to add to their holdings for the future prosperity that is sure to come—perhaps with the elections
